Why is meditation so hard? Our minds are used to scrolling, news and information at our finger tips, constantly being accessible, and everything being immediate. Start with 3 deep breaths in and out and then visualise a blank board. Anytime a thought comes in, acknowledge it and bat it away. Do this for ten minutes as often as you can. When you have that mastered - up it to twenty minutes.
Tag a friend who can’t sit still either!
