  • Photographs or video recordings – Any photos or videos that you send for the purpose of a reading will be deleted immediately after the reading has been completed. For photographs and videos taken by us, we will not tag and name. Consent for the use of your image can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Call recordings – are for the purpose of your own personal record of your reading when requested. Recordings will be transferred to your email address via WeTransfer within 24 hours and deleted from my records after 1 week.

I may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How long I keep information
